Behavior Technician

Ashia Farrell is a devoted wife, mother, and mental health advocate from Dallas, Texas, now living in the Pacific Northwest, where she met the love of her life. She holds a B.A. in Health Studies and an M.A. in Sociology from Texas Woman’s University and is completing a Dual M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling at Walden University. Ashia is the founder of Rich Roots, a nonprofit supporting youth mental health, and owner of Shia James Skincare, a vegan body butter line. Inspired by her son, she entered the ABA field and is pursuing her RBT certification with plans to achieve her national certification and become a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She is a proud member of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Incorporated, where she continues her commitment to service, sisterhood, and community empowerment. In her free time, Ashia enjoys exploring new restaurants, spending time with loved ones, and watching Reasonable Doubt and Welcome to Derry.
